Full Time Film/TV Producer

Essential Responsibilities
- The Media & TV director is supervised by the Marketing Manager in the Leadership Team, but can also take direction from the Executive Director, CFO and President of Metro World Child
- Manage Media & TV Assistant
- Plan video ideas alongside staff to create subject focused video content
- To set up film shoots, including sound, light, equipment and set-design
- To manage and film MWC staff, children and other contributors
- Process video request forms from staff, churches, individuals, and MWC International offices
- Film on location; Visitors at Sunday School events and Camp and other special activities
- Manage and Produce Video content for Seasonal projects – e.g. Operation Holiday Hope, Camp Scholarships, Back to School etc
- Work alongside visiting film crews, facilitate their requirements and acquire their raw footage
- Finalize video content through video, audio and special effect post-production
- Ensure the maintenance of equipment
- Log and manage video footage – in a timely manner after the initial acquisition
- Film weekly Indoor Sunday School lessons during semester for Education Department review

Job Qualifications
- Proficient on Video Editing platforms particularly Adobe Premiere and After Effects
- Good Camera and Audio skills
- Good at conceptualizing ideas, story-telling and matching styles and sound within a video
- Ability to work alone, being self-motivated and to plan and prepare for workload
- Excellent Time Management including Prioritizing projects
- Flexibility to work to urgent deadlines
- Works well with children & good people skills especially when filming and negotiating projects
- Works well in a team
- Ability to work well when required to undertake repetitive and laborious tasks
